EPALeadInsurance.com - Effective April 22, 2010, any Renovation, repair and painting to a pre 1978 building requires special certification and techniques. General Contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters and window replacement all fall under this requirement. Special notification is required to the residents of a home, child care or child-occupied facility or schools where work is performed. In PA and many other states firms must be certified, renovators must be trained and lead-safe work practices followed. The problem? Almost all contractor liability policies exclude this important coverage and most insurance companies have not yet caught up with the new ruling. Full pollution policies are available to cover lead exposure but are very expensive along with a difficult application and underwriting process. Fortunately, we have a solution available policies specifically designed for the new EPA lead requirements. Coverages available from 0000 up to million dollar liability limits. Contact us at http
