Windows XP on Aspire One 8GB - P1

Windows XP on Aspire One 8GB - P1 Tube. Duration : 9.07 Mins.

A test run of Windows XP service pack 3 on Acer Aspire One 8GB Intel SSD(slower one), 1GB RAM Notice that you must wait at the desktop screen for a while before you can really open an application smoothly. No additional mods or script was used. I just disabled D2D, Prefetch, System Restore, Hibernate, and Page File. ** HOW I INSTALLED IT ** 1. I used an external CD/DVD Drive then booted on a bootable XP Home Edition SP2 CD then full install (not nlited, not tinyxp) 2. I downloaded the SP3 from Microsoft.com then upgraded it. 3. To get the warcraft working, install it on your desktop computer (*desktop*). update your Frozen throne game to the latest patch. It will remove the nocd security(yes i didn't use any cracks on it). go to program files folder on your desktop computer then copy the whole Warcraft III folder on an external HDD. 4. plug it on your A1 then run the frozenthrone exe file. set all video settings to minimal. 5. enjoy :) FOR FULL INSTRUCTION, VISIT WWW.ASPIREONEUSER.COM

Installing Windows XP on a Netbook Via USB (Acer Aspire One) Video Clips. Duration : 21.70 Mins.

If you have issues with this, try the alternative install (scroll down a bit): duncsweb.com Note: Installation may vary with laptop model and flash drive, you may encounter issues, this is just what I did. Here I talk about how I installed Windows XP on my Acer Aspire One A110 with just a USB Thumb Drive (Kingston DataTraveller 100 1GB). This is aimed at a how-to for anyone in a similar situation. This was done using the USB Multiboot Tool (Credit and Kudos to the authors). www.boot-land.net
